Order Pick Up Information​
  • You should have received an email confirmation after you placed your order and we verified it.  That confirmation will have your scheduled date and time for pick up.
  • If you placed multiple orders and have multiple pick up times - and have not yet heard from us about consolidating your orders under one date/time - please email us at [email protected] with your preferred date/time option.
  • Please plan to pick up your plants WITHIN 30 MINUTES of your designated pickup time. We know this seems restrictive, but we are trying to minimize the amount of people picking up plants at any one time due to the pandemic, as well as trying to be respectful of our neighbors by limiting pickup traffic during these pickup windows. We appreciate your support in advance!
  • The order pick up location is Rodgers Ranch Heritage Center, 315 Cortsen Rd in Pleasant Hill and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. We will be set up in front of the ranch house and ask that you drive into the circle and pull up to the pickup area. If the pickup area is full, or if you want to shop the extra plants that we will be selling, please park in the Rodgers Ranch parking lot or on the street.
  • Please bring your order number with you when you go to Rodgers Ranch. You will not need to get out of your car if you are only there for pickup– we’ll get your name and order number from you and load your plants into your car. Just pull up in front of the ranch house in the Pickup area.
  • For day of pickup only - if you are not going to be able to pick up your plants at your designated time, please call us at 925-322-1378.

During the pickup days (Friday April 8 and Saturday April 9), we will have a small quantity of extra plants available for last minute purchases. If you are interested in shopping, please park in the Rodgers Ranch parking lot or on the street. Purchases can be made by credit/debit card or check.
