This is our second online plant sale, and we’ve worked hard to get our store ready for you. We think that we have everything working well - but if we have some glitches, please let us know about them (email [email protected]) and please be patient with us as we work to resolve any issues.
During the pickup days (Friday April 8 and Saturday April 9), we will have a small quantity of extra plants available for last minute purchases. If you are interested in shopping, please park in the Rodgers Ranch parking lot or on the street. Purchases can be made by credit/debit card or check.
Below is some important information for the ordering, checkout, and pickup processes. Please make sure that you read through it.
Ordering and Checkout

Below is some important information for the ordering, checkout, and pickup processes. Please make sure that you read through it.
Ordering and Checkout
- If you have any questions during the sale (Mar 22-Apr 3), please email us at [email protected] and we’ll respond as quickly as we can (hopefully within 4-12 hours).
- All sales are final.
- Some of our plants may have limited quantities and could sell out fast. If there is a plant that you want and it says that it is sold out, please email us at [email protected] and we will see if we can get it for you.
- Please make sure that you provide your name, email address, and phone number on the checkout page so that we can contact you with any questions or issues.
- When checking out, you will select a date and time for pickup in the Pickup At section by clicking on the “Schedule for Later” button and selecting a date and time from the drop down menus underneath the button. Once you select these two values, the date and time will be updated under “your order will be ready”.
If you do not select a date and time, we will assign one to you and will communicate that via email.

Curbside Pickup instructions
- You will receive an email from us a day or two before our pickup days and it will state that your plants are ready. Do not come to the ranch until your designated day and time.
- Please plan to pick up your plants WITHIN 30 MINUTES of your designated pickup time. We know this seems restrictive, but we are trying to minimize the amount of people picking up plants at any one time, as we are trying to be respectful of our neighbors by limiting pickup traffic during these pickup windows. We appreciate your support in advance!
- We will have extra plants available for last minute purchases. If you are interested in shopping, please park in the Rodgers Ranch parking lot or on the street.
- Rodgers Ranch Heritage Center is located at 315 Cortsen Rd in Pleasant Hill and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. We will be set up in front of the ranch house and ask that you drive into the circle and pull up to the pickup area. If the pickup area is full, we ask that you line up as close to the curb as possible to allow other traffic to come and go at the ranch.
- Please bring your order number with you when you go to Rodgers Ranch. You will not need to get out of your car – we’ll get the order from you and load your plants into your car for you.
