Hotel accomodations are at the Sonesta Hotel, 2250 Contra Costa Blvd, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523.
Hotel rooms are $144/night (~$163 with taxes). They have a block of rooms reserved for us (until May 10) with either one king or two queens. The hotel is in the final stages of being completely renovated, so you'll have nice, fresh updated rooms and common areas. Saturday's meeting, presentations, and lunch will be held at the hotel.
This discount rate is available from June 9-12 in the event that you want to come in a day early or leave on Monday (maybe do a little sightseeing before or after the gathering). This rate is guaranteed until May 10 - after that date, the hotel will try to accomodate a reservation at this rate if they have rooms available.
